Sinju Memorial Hospital is led by a volunteer Board of Directors and an experienced clinical and operational team, drawn from medicine, pharmacy, engineering, accounting, and community leadership.

Magdalene Sinju-Sauer

Founder & Board Chair

A pharmacist and entrepreneur, Magdalene founded Sinju Memorial Hospital to honor a family promise and bring quality care home to Tiko. She leads the board and the organization's mission.

Moris Neyou

Vice Chair

An electrical and management engineer, Moris brings operational and infrastructure expertise to the hospital's governance and growth.

Peter Sinju

Executive Director

An accountant by training, Peter oversees day-to-day operations and financial stewardship, ensuring every gift is used responsibly and transparently.

Dr. Elvis Fonjungo, MD

Medical Director

A family medicine physician, Dr. Fonjungo leads clinical care and quality across the hospital's service lines.

Dr. Yvonne Nkwen-Tamo

Vice Medical Director, Programs

A pharmacist, Dr. Nkwen-Tamo helps direct the hospital's clinical programs and medication safety.

Arian Neyou, MD

Development Director

Dr. Neyou leads fundraising and partnerships, connecting donors and supporters to the hospital's mission.
