Impact & transparency

How we are funded, governed, and held accountable.

We believe transparency is the foundation of trust. Here is how Sinju Memorial Hospital is funded, governed, and held accountable, and where your gift goes.

Where your gift goes

Every donation supports the cost of keeping an open hospital running: clinical staff, medicines and supplies, diagnostics, emergency readiness, and community outreach. Recurring gifts are especially valuable because they fund the predictable operating budget that keeps our doors open month to month.

Donor FAQ

What do my donations fund?

Every dollar goes directly to patient care and hospital operations: medicines, medical supplies, lab reagents, clinical staff salaries, rent, utilities, maintenance, sanitation, security, and community outreach. We keep administrative overhead minimal so your gift keeps our doors open.

Will my donation stay anonymous?

Your name and contact information are kept confidential and used only to send your receipt and occasional updates. We do not sell or share donor information. If you would like your gift recognized publicly, you may let us know and we will ask for your permission first.

When will I receive my tax receipt?

You will receive an email receipt immediately after your payment is confirmed. For recurring gifts, a receipt is sent after each successful charge. If you need a year-end summary or a duplicate receipt, contact us at sinju@memorialhospital.org and we will resend it promptly.

Can I change or cancel a monthly gift?

Yes. Visit the donor portal at any time to update your card, change your amount, or cancel your monthly gift. You can also email us for help.

Help us keep the doors open.

Recurring gifts of any size are the most impactful way to support the hospital. They fund the predictable operating costs that care depends on.
